Hola a todos 🤍 Somos Meli y Nico y desde la próxima semana comenzaremos a dar clases en Evolve.

🕢 19:30 a 20:30
Será un espacio para equilibrar cuerpo y mente, soltar tensiones y regular el estrés. Combinaremos respiración consciente, movimiento y vinyasa, con algunas posturas restaurativas hacia el final, cerrando siempre con relajación y meditación guiada.
Las clases son aptas para principiantes y adaptables a distintas edades. La clase será en español, pero podemos dar indicaciones en inglés si hace falta.

Hello everyone 🤍 We’re Meli and Nico, and starting next week we’ll be offering classes at Evolve.
🗓 Mondays and Wednesdays
🕢 7:30–8:30 PM

This will be a space to balance body and mind, release tension, and regulate stress. We’ll combine conscious breathing, movement, and vinyasa, with some restorative postures toward the end, always closing with relaxation and guided meditation.

Classes are suitable for beginners and adaptable to different ages. The class will be in Spanish, but we can give instructions in English if needed.
