Description
This 90-minute gentle yoga class is for anyone feeling stressed, depleted, emotionally tender, or in need of deep rest. It may be especially supportive if you’re experiencing burnout, grief, ongoing stress, or navigating a challenging season of life. It’s also warmly open to anyone who simply enjoys a slower, gentler, more restorative style of yoga.
The practice is slow and grounding, with simple, accessible movement, mindful breathing, and generous time for rest. The focus is on supporting the nervous system—helping your body and mind find ease, steadiness, and balance. You’re invited to move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and listen to what feels right for your body.
Rather than striving or pushing, this class offers space to soften, pause, and be supported, helping you settle, unwind, and restore a sense of calm and inner steadiness. Come as you are, and offer yourself the gift of rest and gentle renewal.
Open to all bodies and all levels. No previous yoga experience is needed.
