The class will be conducted in a slow and calm pace. The class will focus on the deeper 'yin' tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, and even our bones. We will gently stretch connective tissues by holding a yin pose for a long time. Our instructors will guide you step by step to exercise the joints and body safely.
