Each class contains yin and yang elements. Yang part of the practice is flowing through recharging, strengthening and stretching poses.
Yin part of the practice is finding stillness in passive, long held tension releasing postures for muscles, joints and connective tissues.
We use relaxation techniques to balance body and mind.
