The practice of yoga during pregnancy awakens the natural intelligence of your body to help you through the physical and psychological changes that occur. It is an excellent way to tone your muscles, increase your stamina and improve blood circulation. You will learn how to relax and release tension through breathing for a smooth pregnancy and easy labor.

We will be practicing adaptations and applications of sequences, flows and postures to relieve hip and back pain during pregnancy, working on improving spinal alignment. Complementing with restorative yoga to nourish and restore.
