India Wallace has a “Meditation Teachers” certificate from The Gawler Foundation and has led “Learn to Meditate” at Buddha House and Cancer Care Centre. As a practicing Buddhist she has been meditating for 19 years and offers practical advice to motivate you and begin your own Meditation Journey.

Have you always wanted to learn to Meditate? Or perhaps you are already enjoying my weekly sessions but are finding it difficult to settle your mind?
Maybe you have tried a class here and there but just couldn’t find a style that resonates with you? Or been to a Meditation Day & walked away defeated thinking you can not master it?
Can I let you in on a secret?
No-one can learn to quieten their mind in a day, it’s just not possible!
Hence why I teach my foundation course over 4 weeks with time in between & audios with my voice for guidance to practice at home.
Ideally you would participate online live each week however I will record the sessions so you can catch up at home if you miss a week too.
Learning to meditate is not difficult, but like any learning experience it requires teaching and some effort & committment.
The course is extensive & focuses on practicing various types of meditation so that you can find a style that works for you.
You will learn....
*The correct posture (whether that be on a chair or sitting cross legged on the floor)
*The “9 rounds of breathing” technique.(A technique that my teacher taught me 18 years ago)
*Setting a Motivation & Dedication to your practice
*How to create a beautiful space for home practice
*Morning Meditation, Body Scan, Mindfulness, Guided Visualisation, Yoga Nidra & more.
This course is uniquely structured to introduce you to various meditation techniques and find what is perfect for you & your lifestyle.
My aim is to teach you in a way that Meditation becomes something you look forward to & not a chore that you tick off your to-do list. It will become a part of your life & a life skill that creates benefits that go well beyond sitting on the cushion or the chair!

Space is limited to 10 students only. It is important to have the group experience when learning, so my class is size is small so that everyone benefits.
