Yoga for Peri & Post Menopause aims to equip you with a toolkit to help ease the symptoms of this natural & transformative stage of life. During Peri/Post Menopause there is a natural decline in hormone production, which causes imbalances that impact all the systems of the body. We can't change or prevent this; however we can use yoga techniques including breath, postures, strength & mindfulness to support nervous system regulation, bone & brain health, and reduce overwhelm. This light-hearted workshop-style class offers bite-size techniques and an opportunity to share your experience with others. Come along, connect with your strength and find your calm.

Therapeutic Yoga is a class for folk who have been attending Amanda's Gentle Therapeutic Yoga class (Thursdays 9.30am) and want slightly more challenge as we work to create a greater sense of space and freedom of movement. Alternatively it is suitable for those who for whatever reason fancy treating themselves to a simpler, slower class that nourishes the whole body and mind.
