General terms of Falmouth Yoga Space
It is up to you to inform us in the registration section of this site or by informing one of our teachers in person of any injuries, illness, pregnancy or health issues that may impact your yoga practice.
Please note any information provided to FYS is strictly private and can only be viewed by the FYS teaching team.
By registering with Momoyoga and Falmouth Yoga Space you are agreeing to the following statement:
Limitation of Liability - The client, you, shall assume responsibility at all times for your use of the services of Falmouth Yoga Space and any and all of its facilities. All classes, equipment and suggestions that are used or undertaken by you are to be done so at your own discretion.
Falmouth Yoga Space under no circumstances will be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, consequential damages of any character that arise from you or any other users of Falmouth Yoga Space.
Please remember to always listen to your body and adhere to its needs and please advise the teacher of any changes to your well-being before the commencement of any class.
