Hi, I’m Giulia, yoga teacher and wellbeing experiences creator.
Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing, I guide classes that blend movement, breath, and mindfulness to help reduce stress and restore balance to the nervous system.
