Pregnancy Yoga - Nurture you and your growing bump!
This class is specially designed for the pregnant body to help with some of the discomforts such as:
sciatica
back pain
Swellings
digestive discomfort
Lack of Sleep

Claire will take you through a series of gentle postures and movements create space and make the body feel great. The breathing and relaxation techniques will leave you feel calm, rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead. Seasonal Yoga Academy is fully equipped with Yoga mats, cushions and blankets. The class is a great way to meet other like minded women who are pregnant too.
