Join us for a special Winter Solstice Flow & Release event! This 90 minute experience includes a 60 minute slow flow vinyasa yoga class at Not Shock Boxx followed by a silent walking meditation, sunset viewing & releasing ritual on the sand @ the beach in Hermosa. We will use water soluble & biodegradable paper to release what no longer serves us.

This will be a powerful & deep soul descent into the winter months. Think heart tending & winter rooting for the body and soul.
