Description
Join Tammi (Flutter Space) and Lynette Toma (Pure Sound Bath) for a two hour 🌱elevated movement and sound experience.
We will start slow and with intention; then begin to move our bodies. After we flow, you will be guided into a soundbath for complete restoration. We will land softly after our sound sesh and close the night as a group.
Bring your yoga mat and we will take care of the rest!
