Julia Allshouse will be holding a very beautiful sacred space for those who are interested in connecting to the voice of their body through neurogenic tremoring, sound healing, mantra, and deep restful meditation.
This type of somatic based practice is to reset the nervous system, bringing it closer to rest/digest, by working with the physical alchemy of the body. Reducing any cortisol/adrenaline charge that the system may be experiencing, bringing you into homeostasis.
Why do we do this? To balance the triune brain/body connection, so we can experience the stressors of life in a more balanced way. Not having our decisions be souly driven by our emotions, or survival brain, or thinking mind.
In this workshop you will:
✨Learn how this practice integrates with the poly vagal theory
✨Tap into soft ecstatic movements to guide the body into spontaneous connections of release
✨Transform the subtle body into releasing any stuck, stagnant, or patterned energy from the joints, muscles, and autonomic nervous system.
✨Bring the autonomic nervous system into a state of homeostasis through involuntary shaking, quaking, vibrations, or tremoring through different parts of the body, breaking through deep muscular tension that is embedded in the body from anxiety, tension, stress, trauma, or ptsd.
✨Learn how to walk away with this knowledge to be able to understand how you can intertwine this type of somatic based practice within any kind of physical practice you do.
