Description
Weekly 1-hour session with setting an intension at the beginning and Shavasana at the end. The sequence is built to provide balanced full-body exercise. Although the class sequence is built to fit all the fitness levels, please be mindful of your body state and signals. If needed, stop or adjust any asana to your comfort level.
Please have a good quality non-slip yoga mat, yoga blocks and a belt.
