Learn to Meditate with Emily Olson! Join us to learn several tools, tricks and resources to build a simple, steady meditation practice. Emily is passionate about sharing all the benefits of sitting quietly with ourselves and they are endless! You will learn three meditation techniques, posture tips to make sitting more comfortable and ideas for making it an inspired practice day after day.

No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat. Mats are available for rent at the studio for $2 if you need one. Props will be provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite meditation pillows if you have one.

We are partnering with Ripple Wellness to offer a monthly donation-based gathering. We will rotate teachers to lead this group so each month will bring you a new experience. $15
