Description
Thai Yoga creates a slow, flowing sequence of poses around and with the student’s body. Thai Yoga is practiced on the floor where the teacher assists the student in passive stretches that incorporate rhythmic motion, palming and thumbing along energy lines, gentle stretching, and breathwork. Thai Yoga generates a deep state of relaxation, promotes centeredness and well-being.
