Description

yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with poses that are held for longer periods of time (3-5 min.). Props: 2/ea blankets, blocks, & bolsters (or pillows).

Class will be held via Zoom. A link to class will be emailed 30min. prior to class starting. This class will be recorded.
