Description

Mindful Yoga integrates movement and contemplation while in yoga poses. You will incorporate internal and external stimuli such as breath work, self-talk, sight, sound and smell as additional tools to help guide your practice. Mindful Yoga is a slower paced class that is great for beginners or seasoned students.
