Join Tara for an hour of foam rolling recovery targeting the neck, shoulders, & back. In this workshop, you will learn how to support your sore muscles, prevent injury and help with recovery.

Our lifestyles and jobs are mostly centered around sitting and looking down at a computer (or phone) for many hours a day these postures typically present as tightness in the upper shoulders, neck, and back.

Students will need to bring their own foam roller and yoga mat. Tara will be teaching with a 36" foam roller. It is best to wear tight-fitted clothing for this class.
