Description

Spring is a time of renewal, awakening, & conserving energy. Seeds lie dormant during Winter conserving energy- in springtime they bound forward, sprouting new growth.
In this 75min. workshop we will explore a 45min. Yin practice to help us transition to Spring, followed by a 15min. acupuncture experience.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with poses that are held for longer periods of time (3-5 min.).

We are teaming up w/ Ripple Wellness to offer these extended practices. We hope you'll join the three of us for this event:
