Description

As we learn to harness our energetic body, we come to understand that physical movement alone will not get us to our deepest depths of awareness. There are tools and techniques that give us direct access to the energetic body, and we can affect our flow in dynamic ways. This class will focus on three particular Nadis and the Chakras that align with them. We'll introduce elemental concepts, visual concepts (Yantra), breath exercise (Pranayama) and vibrational practice (Mantra). We can apply these powerful practices on their own or as an integrated part of your mat practice.
