Description
In this Deep Rest mini-series, we will focus on the recovery of your body and mind. The classes are based on hatha yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and yoga Nidra techniques. It’s not necessary to have any prior yoga experience.

This is the perfect class to do right before sleep as a part of your evening routine.
Each class will focus on a different element of relaxation. You will always receive a recording after each class, so no need to worry if you missed out on a class or want to practice again.
We will start the class with some breathing practices, then move to gentle mindful yoga to reconnect with the body, quiet the mind and become fully present. From thereon, we will continue with the Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique and one of the most accessible yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you will rest comfortably on your back on the floor or on your bed/sofa, I will take you through guided meditation and visualisation with my voice.
