As the day softens into dusk and the sea cradles the setting sun,
we gather where sky meets water — boards floating, hearts open.
Let the rhythm of the waves guide you through a gentle moon flow,
each breath syncing with the pulse of the ocean,
each movement a quiet offering beneath the growing glow of the full moon.
We’ll drift into stillness as the moon rises over Cala Nova,
pausing in meditation — a sacred space to listen, to feel, to simply be.
This is a ceremony of sea and sky, of movement and moonlight,
an invitation to come home to yourself beneath the stars.
