Description
60 minutes of flowing yoga to restore your mind, body and soul. A slightly slower class with a longer savasana to soothe away any midweek stresses.
The class will be socially distanced and in keeping with current government guidance for gyms and fitness studios. Please bring your own mat.
Windows will be open wherever possible for ventilation. Class numbers will be reduced to maintain social distancing.
