Description
60 minutes of flowing yoga to restore your mind, body and soul. A slightly slower class with a longer savasana to soothe away any midweek stresses.
Please bring your own mat.
Windows will be open wherever possible for ventilation and I am continuing to reduce class numbers for the time being to enable distance between mats to be maintained. If you are able to please wear a mask when you arrive - this can be removed once seated on your mat.
