Description
60 minutes of flowing yoga to restore your mind, body and soul. A slightly slower class with a longer savasana to soothe away any midweek stresses.
If you have one, please bring your own mat. Windows will be open for ventilation and if you are able to please wear a mask when you arrive. This can be removed once seated on your mat.
