To celebrate Fuel & Flow's 1st birthday I'll be holding a flowing yoga class at Bentley Heath Hall for £1 per person. Book online as usual - your class pass credits won't be used for this class - pay your £1 at the hall :-)
There will be fizz (or tea) and cake after the class!
