Smell is the most powerful of all of our senses and provides a direct connection to the limbic system in the brain - this is our body's control room for mood and emotion. Inhalation of an aroma can have an immediate effect on how we feel.
At this online class you will learn how therapeutic grade essential oils modulate brain activity and how they can be a powerful tool to reduce levels of stress and anxiety.
You will receive three essential oil samples in advance of the class. This will allow for a totally interactive experience as you are directed what to do with these oils to support better emotional health and resilience.
Following the workshop there will be a yoga nidra session so that you can use your oils and feel completely relaxed and refreshed.
