Using essential oils in your yoga practice can take your experiences to new heights and new depths! Essential oils are a wonderful way to integrate mind and body via the impact of scent on the brain's limbic system - this is our body's control room for mood and emotion.
In this yoga class we will be using three samples of essential oils to deepen your experience.
We will send you 3 samples of essential oils to use during the class. Please book by 7/06/20 so that we can post/deliver the oils to you.
