Flow yoga focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. Engage in seated, kneeling, standing, and reclined posed. Move in 1/4, 1/2, and limited full Sun Salutations with while moving intentionally in and out of poses with your slowed breath. Improve strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Effectively use blocks to lengthen and support while aligning the body to stay strong and safe in poses.
