This class is a physical therapy-based yoga. Learn yoga poses and/or improve your poses to make them work more effectively for your body. Improve mindfulness, flexibility, mobility, balance, posture, and strength. Promote spinal and hip mobility. Lots of modifications and alignment cues are offered to keep you strong and safe in poses. Great for beginners and experienced practitioners.
