Yin Yoga is a gentle and mindful practice of holding seated and reclined postures for 3 minutes with the support of props. Target the deep connective tissues of joints, ligaments, and tendons along the spine, pelvis, and knees to increase range of motion and mobility in joints and blood circulation. Relax muscles, release tension, and reduce stress in the body and mind. Props: mat, blanket, bolster/cushion/or pillow
