Description
This class focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and range of motion through a series of dynamic stretching exercises. Participants will work on increasing joint mobility, reducing muscle tension and improving posture. Suitable for all fitness levels, the class aims to enhance overall physical performance and reduce the risk of injury.
