I am Ruta Conlon, an open-hearted and self-driven teacher.
For more then 20 years, I have been practising yoga. I first discovered yoga asana and breathing techniques in my early twenties. I remember that first day on my yoga mat and the feeling of bliss. I got excited and started exploring different styles of yoga and spiritual practices. There were some ups and downs on this path, a lot of spiritual practices and guidance were offered, but I felt I needed to find my own way.
Finally, I decided to go deeper by studying every aspect of yoga through yoga teacher training with Yogalife International. It was an awakening process. I rediscovered my full potential and passion to study and teach yoga. I already completed 500 hours in yoga teacher trainings: Hatha Yoga asana; Anatomy knowledge; Yogic studies - Sadhana; Pranayama (science of breath), Antastha sensory yoga and yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

A class designed for expectant Mothers.
Pregnancy naturally inspires a connection to and curiosity with our bodies and yoga enhances this. In this class you will learn to calm the nervous system, keep your body toned, strong and supple, relieve tension; improve sleep,, improve posture for optimal fetal positioning, connect with birthing muscles through yogic breathing and connect with your baby. Please make sure your Care provider has given you clearance to attend Pregnancy Yoga classes.
Please enjoy the opportunity after class to have a cup of tea and connect with other expectant mothers in the cafe area.
