What to Know Before Class
What to Wear:
- Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely—workout clothes, leggings, or anything you can stretch in.
- Classes are done barefoot or in grippy socks for stability.
What to Bring:
- A water bottle to stay hydrated.
- A yoga mat (required).
- Optional: yoga blocks and a blanket if you have them—they can make certain poses more comfortable and supportive.
Where to Enter:
- Please use the side entrance to the right of the building for Garden Active classes.
