Description
An intense program that focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness through Pilates exercises performed on a mat. Including cercuit based challenging variations of classic Pilates moves, small prop equipment, and a structured approach to training. Spice Scale 3/3 This class is spicy but has breaks and options incorportated.
