This class blends the flowing transitions of vinyasa with the longer holds of hatha yoga, all at a slower, more deliberate pace. It emphasizes mindful movement, linking each pose with breath, and allowing for deeper exploration of alignment and body awareness. Suitable for all levels. Spice Scale 2/3 This class has 15mins of warm up 20mins of movement and 25mins of balancing, stretching and meditation.
