⭐️Poo Crew Relaxing Retreat Day⭐️
Date: Sat 5th March
Time: 10am - 3.30pm (ish)

10am - meet for a cuppa by the fire in the hobbit house (a stones throw from the yurt)
- We will start by taking a short walk along the meadow
- Followed by a Walking meditation
- Next up, a nourishing and gentle Hatha Yoga practice
- We’ll then take a pause to enjoy a leisurely lunch (yummy salad)
- the afternoon will begin with a restful restorative yoga session (super cosy with blankets and pillows)
- we’ll finish with tea and cake

There is a 48 hr cancellation window with a retreats 🙃. So any cancellations (less than 48hrs cannot be refunded)
