Take what you need, leave what no longer serves you on the mat.
Description
This is a 75 minute class.
There will be guided asana (postures) for the first hour, and the remaining 15 minutes can be up to you. I encourage you to bring a journal and make intentional time to practice journaling, reflection, mindfulness, additional meditation or we can continue postures if the class wishes.
The holidays are not easy for some, or maybe even most of us. It can bring up a lot of old and new grief. If you are finding it difficult to be "cheerful" and "joyful" that it's the holidays, this class is for you. To honor space for whatever comes up for you, and allow it to move through your body. Sometimes we need a safe space to release these things in order to move on and function. I would be honored to make that space for you.
All are welcome to this class, not just those grieving. It is the perfect way to make intentional time for yourself to feel whatever you are going through at this time! Grief comes in all shapes and sizes.
**All Gently Unbound Yoga classes and events (unless stated otherwise) are pay what you can, following the green bottle method. This class is suggested $12.**

Please try and be mindful of timeliness out of respect of everyone's experience, however if you are running late (as life happens) and can text me I will still accommodate you within reason. :)
