Gillian McKelvie
Gillian started practicing Iyengar yoga in 1998 and has a Level 1 certificate. As a sports enthusiast she found that yoga helped improve her sports performance. One of the things she loves about Iyengar is the mental peace it can bring and says that as she has gotten older and slower in sport her yoga has gotten better. She can now do poses she couldn't do in her 20s which is a great testament to the power of Iyengar yoga.
