Description
This well-rounded session begins with a warm-up of dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare your body. We’ll then move into mobility drills to enhance your range of motion, followed by strength training using compound and bodyweight movements to build muscle. After that, we focus on flexibility with yoga poses and static stretches to release muscle tension. Finally, we’ll cool down with deep breathing and a few minutes of meditation to fully relax your body and mind. Join us for a comprehensive workout that promotes strength, flexibility, and overall well-being!
