‘Tunde is a dedicated Women’s Holistic Well-being Practitioner, seamlessly blending her expertise as a yoga teacher, sensuous/sensual movement exploration guide, and sex education facilitator through her brand, Flowrish Wellbeing Hub. With a passion for nurturing holistic and somatic well-being, she crafts inclusive spaces that are judgment and bias free, and trauma informed, for women to explore the transformative power of movement, mindfulness, and self-awareness. Through her yoga classes, she helps cultivate balance and strength in a bid to synchronize the body, mind and soul. As a sensuous/sensual movement exploration teacher, she encourages a deeper connection to one’s body, fostering a profound sense of presence. In the realm of sex education, she empowers women with knowledge, promoting a healthy and informed approach to sexuality. She is committed to guiding women on a journey of self-discovery, embracing wellness in every these facets of their lives.

Description

We’ll start with a guided meditation and breathwork to center the mind and body. Following that, we progress from gentle to mid, to high-tempo movements, intricately weaving poses to build strength and flexibility while enhancing focus, balance, and stability. We then lower the tempo again with poses that help cool it all down, allowing the body to fully relax and absorb the benefits of the practice. Throughout the session, each movement is synchronized with your breath, creating a smooth, continuous flow, with modifications offered to suit all levels.
