Description
Structured, dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement in a set sequence of postures. Developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, it builds strength, flexibility, and focus through six progressive series. Combining breath control, posture, and gaze, Ashtanga creates a moving meditation that purifies the body and calms the mind.
