Slow Flow Vinyasa is the ultimate moving meditation. We use a rhythmic, ocean-like pace to lull the nervous system into a state of "Rest and Digest." Through intentional, honey-like movements and deep, resonant breathing, we wring out the physical and mental tension of the day.
