Shake Off the Weight of the World
Our bodies store stress in the tissues, but our breath is the key to unlocking it. Breathwork Flow combines somatic movement (shaking, fluid swaying, and intuitive stretching) with conscious, circular breathing.
By moving while we breathe, we bypass the logical mind and access the "somatic" body where tension hides. This class is an invitation to move, breathe, and let go of whatever no longer serves you. It’s a physical rinse for your emotional well-being.
