With over 12 years in healthcare and a deep love for wellness, she brings both compassion and expertise to everything she does. Aoibheanns’s journey into yoga began after being diagnosed with scoliosis - sparking a powerful connection to movement, posture, and the magic of the human body. She’s now a 200hr certified Function & Flow yoga teacher, specialising in Vinyasa and mobility. She is passionate about helping people feel good - physically, emotionally, and soul-deep. Whether she’s guiding you through a mindful flow or holding space with love and strength, she’s here to help you connect, grow, and feel grounded.

Beginner-friendly and grounding, this class blends fluid Vinyasa flow with gentle mobility to build strength, balance, and stability. Move with breath and intention in a practice that’s both strong and fluid, offering options to modify or deepen each pose. Open to all levels.
