Description
One of the most traditional physical yoga practice which is the origin of the now popular vinyasa yoga. Ashtanga yoga is a practice where practitioners do the same sequence every time. In this 60-minute practice we will explore part of the primary series known as “yoga chikitsa” (yoga therapy) in a guided manner. Expect to be very focused on the breath aligning with the movement, jumping through and back, and loads of chaturangas.
其中一款最傳統嘅式子瑜伽亦都係流動派瑜伽嘅始祖. 阿斯坦加係一款差不多日日都做同一組式子嘅練習. 用60分鐘用引導嘅方法去探索阿斯坦加嘅第一級 “yoga chikitsa” (瑜伽治療). 每一節都會好專注呼吸同動作嘅連貫性, 跳穿+ 跳後, 及十分多嘅四柱式(chaturanga)
