Description
An open level reformer Pilates class suited for any level of fitness and experience in Pilates / reformer.
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that will work on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance whilst targeting the 'power house' muscles (abs, lower back, hips and glutes). You will also fire up your deep stabiliser muscles that will stabilise your spine, pelvis and core.
The reformer machine contains a foot bar, carriage, pulleys, and five springs of varying tension that can be adjusted to suit your fitness level or needs.
Muscles that are out of balance, either because they are too weak or because they are too tight, are more prone to injury. Restoring the muscles to their proper roles within the body is one of the core advantages of regular participation in Reformer Pilates.
