A gentle yoga session designed to build strength, flexibility and peace of mind. Co-ordination practices, breath work, a variety of ways offered to move in and out of shapes, short flowing sequences included each week so they can be learned and used at home. Sometimes in this session we utilise chairs and practice a supported seated yoga.
Plenty of variety and always a yoga nidra to finish. 🌻
