A simple meditative movement class which adapts with the seasons. At grow yoga we hope to inspire you to connect more deeply with the rhythms of the earth & your body.

In our fast paced culture, many of us exhaust ourselves by living at the pace of the system rather than paying attention to our own rhythms.

This movement class is blended with Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga takes inspiration from traditional Chinese medicine, and uses long hold stretches to release tension, stimulate fascia and shift energy.

This is a refreshing blend for a Sunday morning & is absolutely suitable for beginners.

A yoga class to help the mothers take some space. We have recently changed this class to an adult only environment, to support you to lay the responsibilities of home life at the door. We are welcoming in pregnant people, those with tiny babies and those that had their children many years ago; if you’ve experienced loss or abortion; if you’re a carer. However it is for you to Mother - you are so welcome here. This is a space for you to be tended to and receive care and connection.

This class is designed to support our ever changing bodies as we move through all phases of Motherhood. We rest deeply.

This class is to bring all of our experiences of Motherhood together and there will be variations offered to best support you in the moment.
I hope this class offers some really needed time to yourself but if you would like to bring your baby please contact us to arrange a one to one or two to one if you would like - we really want to support you in this time!

The small class size makes sure that you receive individual attention.

We support the pelvic floor and core and offer release for constricted areas; we work with the breath to bring a sense of spaciousness and ease. If you’re pregnant all movement will be there to support you and help in the birth of your baby. We believe postpartum care should extend for many years after birth.

Each class finishes with a long period of fully supported rest through the use of props or yoga nidra.

Midday Pause is a gentle, drop-in practice designed as a moment of rest within the working day.

This class offers space to slow down, soften the body, and allow the nervous system to settle. The practice is physically simple and unhurried, with an emphasis on ease and rest rather than effort.

The class is offered with those who have a female hormonal cycle in mind, and there may be references to cyclical living and womb-centred practices. You’re welcome to take what feels supportive and leave the rest.

There is no expectation to share or connect socially — you’re welcome to arrive quietly, rest, and return to your day feeling more grounded.

Once a month, Midday Pause is offered as a longer 90-minute practice, allowing additional time to settle and rest more deeply.
